The second year of publishing the Registered Master Builders House of the Year Regional magazines saw us design, print and distribute over 55 and half million pages throughout New Zealand! The 10 Regional magazines made a strong impression locally, with advertising interest in year two exceeding all expectations and lead to some huge booksizes. We delivered increased booksizes across the country and Auckland and Canterbury both enjoyed 180+ page magazines delivered direct to letterboxes of homeowners aged 25+. We also refreshed the all important lifestyle content, showcasing local designers and stores along with interior trends, bathroom and kitchen inspiration and garden design ideas. The consistency of look and feel across the country, while containing regionalised content, means consumers immediately identify the publications as being part of the House of the Year family. We manage and execute the full process from photographing the houses, writing, designing and laying up the pages, selling and designing the advertising through to managing the print & distribution process.
