When Property Council New Zealand approached B Media about creating a premium magazine within a relatively short timeframe, we happily embraced the challenge. The aim of the magazine was to further recognise and celebrate the impressive projects nominated for the PCNZ Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards, and we enlisted our network of talented journalists, editors and art directors to design a magazine that effectively showcased the wide variety of projects in a consumer-friendly format.
The successful result was a large format, glossy consumer magazine, which showcased the nominated projects, gave exposure to the entrants, and valuable marketing of the awards and the Property Council New Zealand.
